Appleby's Cheese is an ingredient that can be used in many different dishes. the Appleby family find a reason to include their cheese in most meals of the day!
Cooked cheese is a delicious addition to the full English breakfast - a mix of all three cheese, Appleby's Cheshire, Appleby's Smoked and Appleby's Double Gloucester is a tasty combination. If you only have one of the cheeses in the fridge they are all flavoursome on their own, or combined.
Appleby's cheese finds its way to lunch on a daily basis with just a simple Appleby's Cheshire sandwich complemented by a fruity chutney and soft white bread. Tasty savouries use cheese as a main ingredient and a few are enclosed for you to try, for example the Appleby's Cheese Pasty.
If you squeeze in an afternoon snack or a children's tea, grilled cheese on toast just as it is or with a dash of Lea & Perrins sauce is a must.
