Appleby’s Cheshire and Olive Kebabs

These bitesize vegetarian kebabs are perfectly finished with the wholesome flavour of Appleby’s Cheshire. The Appleby’s Cheshire and olive kebab is effortless to make and produces a classy nibble that would be accompanied well by an English white, Sauvignon Blanc or a silky textured Shiraz.

Appleby’s Cheshire and Olive Kebabs

Ingredients:

Appleby’s Cheshire

Olives

Mixed Herbs

Olive Oil

 

Method:

1.  Marinate olives in oil and mixed herbs over night

2.  Cut Appleby’s Cheshire into 1 inch squares

3.  Push cheese onto cocktail stick and alternate with olives
